After many months of suffering which he bore with great patience, Johnson Denniston died last Friday. He was born in Drake county, Ohio, Sept. 15 1834. He moved with his parents to Logan county, Ill., in he spring of 1857. Two years later he came to Jasper county, Iowa, and the following year, 1860, to Story county. In 1861 he moved to the home place, residing there until his death.
