DEATH

ELLEN ANDERSON

Ellen Anderson, 95, Story City, died Wednesday evening August 11, 1976 at the Story City Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 a. m. at the chapel of Bethany Manor, Story City with the Rev. Wm Ostroot in charge. A second service was held at 2 p. m. p. m. at St. Petri Lutheran Church. The Rev. Rolfe Johnstad was in charge. Burial was at the Roland Cemetery.

Ellen was born November 3, 1880 in Roland. Her parents were Ove and Aagaat Anderson. She and her twin sister were seamstresses in Minneapolis, Minn., following graduation from high school at Roland. They retired and moved to Bethany Manor in 1971.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, three of whom are living in Story City, namely, Mrs. Chester Pearson, Mrs. Oscar Anderson and Orville Anderson.
