From Story County Watchman July 29, 1904

Mrs. Ella J. Gilbert, wife of Geo. Gilbert Gilbert, was born June 18, 1869, and died July 28, 1904. She leaves a husband and four children to mourn her loss. The funeral will be held at the house today at 2:30. Her sisters Mrs. Annie Dillavou, and Mrs. Emma Eason, and brother Mr. Will Boggs, all of Scranton, Ia. arrived last evening to attend the funeral.
