Obituary.

The sad news reached here the early part of the week that Guy Hague, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Hague, formerly of this city, had died near his home at Alliance, Nebraska. His death was indeed a hard blow to relatives and friends, being so sudden and the consequence of an accident, he being thrown from a horse and dying nine hours afterwards, directly from concussion of the brain. He was born in this city in 1879 being 24 years, 7 months and 28 days of age.

His father and mother, and an intimate friend of the family Miss Mabel Johnson, accompanied the remains to Nevada and arrived here on the 11:33 train Monday evening. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. E. Hummon in the Lutheran church at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Many were the relatives and friends who gathered together to bestow their last tribute of respect.

Mr. Hague was young man possessing such qualities as are admited by all his friends only being numbered by his acquaintances. The many Nevada friends join in extending to the bereaved family their heartfelt sympathy.
