Mrs. Wm. Crawford.
Miss Cornelia Lang was born in Canada Dec. 23, 1853, and died in Nevada, Iowa, Feb. 19, 1902. Miss Cornelia Lang spent the first eight years of her life in Canada and from there moved with her parents to Erie, Mich., where she remained for 19 years. In 1880 she came to State Center where she was married to Mr. Wm. Crawford on Feb. 23, 1887. To this union were born two girls, Addie and Florence, who are now 13 and 7 years of age. The husband, these two little girls, two sisters and two brothers are left to mourn the loss of a loving wife, mother and sister. Her Christian life dates back to a public confession of Christ in the Methodist church of State Center some five years ago. She afterward became a member of the Methodist church of which she has since been a faithful member until the end came on Thursday morning, Feb. 19, 1903.
The family have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement.
