Word has been received here that Mrs. A. Leonard, who formerly ran what was known far and wide as the second had store, died at her residence in Detroit, Mich., and that the remains would be sent to Nevada for interment beside her husband. She will be remembered and her death regretted by all.

The following resolutions were passed at the last meeting of the W. R. C., in respect to one of their members:
Whereas it has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst, our worthy sister, Anna Leonard, Therefore be it,
Resolved, That in her death this Corps has lost a true and worthy member.
Resolved, That we, the members of Jason D. Ferguson Relief Corps No. 147, extend to the bereaved family our sincere sympathy and commend the to him who is able to sustain them in their sad bereavement.
Resolved, That our charter be draped in mourning for the space of thirty days, that a copy of these resolutions be sent to the family, a copy entered upon the minutes of the corps, and a copy be sent to the official paper for publication.
