A dispatch from Denver, Col., announcing the death of Mrs. Martha J. Jones was received in this city Tuesday. This news will be a surprise to her numerous friends in this vicinity where she has lived for many years.--Many will look upon her demise as the loss of a true friend and a christian woman. The remains will arrive this week for burial in the Ames cemetery.
