From Story County Watchman April 5, 1901

DIED.--At the residence of E. F. McKim in this city Miss Henrietta Baldwin, aged 23 years. A few weeks since an operation for appendicitis took place which was followed by an attack of acute meningitis from which the end came at 9:30 this morning.

She has been a resident of this county for some twelve years making her home with the family of Mat Warrack, and as a consequence is well known to many of our people who will be pained to learn that the end has at last arrived to which all must bow sooner or later. At this hour we are not advised as to the day or hour of the funeral.
