Ames Watchman.

Ames, March 20.--Albert C. Johnson, a student at the Iowa State College, died yesterday forenoon of pneumonia. He had been sick for about a week with measles and was on the road to recovery until Monday, when the sickness suddenly developed into pneumonia. Johnson was an academic student, having entered only a few weeks ago, and was a large robust-looking yound man about 25 years of age. His home was in Dana, Iowa. His parents were notified and arrived last evening. The remains were taken for interment.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: WPA Records show Albert Johnson died March 19, 1901 at age 21 years of age and was buried in the Paton Cemetery at Paton, Greene County, Iowa.
