Zearing Enterprise: ....Isaac Buffington, for several years an invalid quietly passed away at his home south of town, Saturday morning....

Died--Isaac Buffington died at his residence in Sherman township on the 19 inst. at the age of 63 years. He was one of the older settlers in the township and held in high esteem by his many friends in all parts of the county. He leaves a wife and grown up family of children to mourn his loss, which will be hard to fill. The entire community extend to the bereaved family their condolence upon the loss they have sustained.
