Maxwell Tribune: ....Clara Maxwell-Gamble was born at Iowa Center, Iowa, November 3, 1858, and died at her home west of town, July 21, 1900, aged 42 years, 4 months and 11 days.....

Collins Liberator: Mrs. C. L. Fish* was summoned to Maxwell Saturday by a message announcing the death of her sister-in-law Mrs. John Gamble, whose home was 2 1/2 miles west of that place. Mrs. Gamble died of peritonitis on Saturday in the 44th year of her age....

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mrs. C. L. Fish" refers to Maggie Edna (Gamble) Fish, sister of John Henderson Gamble and wife of Charles Lester Fish.
