Mrs. Hannah Augusta Gardner Wilcox, widow of the late N. B. Wilcox, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Calista Glasco*, of Iowa Centre, Friday, Feb. 2, 1900, at the advanced age of nearly 86 years. She died quite suddenly as the result of increasing burden of years. Mrs. Wilcox was born in Unadilla, Oswego county, New York, in 1814, where she grew to womanhood marrid. Since her marriage in 1834 her home has been in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois and Iowa. The funeral services were conducted at Iowa Centre Sunday and the burial was in the Nevada cemetery by the grave of her husband who died in 1893.
