For some weeks Mrs. Teanetta Hanson Hamilton has been seriously ill at her home in Ames and relief came to her on Saturday morning at the age of 58 years and eleven months. She was the wife of Chas. Hamilton formerly clerk of this county and resided for some years in this city and is well known to many of our people. Mrs. Hamilton was born in Schoharrie county, N. Y., and was married to Mr. Hamilton int in 1861 who she leaves with six children to mourn her loss. The last sad rites were observed fromthe residence at Ames being conducted by Rev. Shrader of Nevada assisted by Rev. Douglas of Ames. She was a member of the W. R. C. and the Eastern Star of the Masonic order and was highly esteemed by her many friends here as well as Ames.
