Mrs. George Briley died Monday evening at 9 o'clock after a long and painful illness. The funeral took place Wednesday at the Christian church, conducted by Rev. McIntire of Ames. A large crowd followed the remains to the cemetery. She leaves a husband and three small children, a father and one sister* to mourn her loss. The family have the sympathy of the entire community.
