Ames Watchman.

Mr. A. V. Peterson died at the home of his son-in-law, Mr. C. J. Anderson in this city Dec. 7, at the age of 69. Mr. Peterson was born in Sweeden, where he resided until 1881, when he moved to the United Sates and settled in Ames, where he has resided continuously since. He leaves four children, all of whom reside in this county.
