Ames Watchman.

Sunday forenoon, at the Dunkard church, four miles west of the city, occurred the funeral of the late Archie Moore. Deceased died at the home of George McCullough, near Ames early Saturday morning after a protracted illness of congestion of the lungs. Mr. Moore was one the first settlers of Story county and was quite well and favorably known in and about Ames. Mr. Moore was about 74 years old and leaves several children.
