Mrs. Herman Shoop died on Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock, at the home of her son, Jerry Shoop, in this, where she and her aged companion had stopping for some time. She was a very aged lady, and had been very much out of health for a few years past, and therefore, her death was not a surprise. Mr. and Mrs. Shoop had lived many years in Iowa Center, where they have many warm friends. The funeral will be held in Iowa Center on Thursday at 11 a. m., and will be conducted by Rev. Ferguson, assisted by other ministers.
