Recently, we noticed that Dr. Jeffrey* had been called to Clarinda by the dangerous illness of his brother. The brother died in a day or two after his reacheing that city and he was delayed in returning for that reason.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Dr. Jeffrey" is Dr. John A. Jeffrey, a physician living in Nevada.
