Story City Herald: ....Died, Ella, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Cassem passed away at 10 o'clock, Monday evening August 24, 1896, after an illness of nineteen days, of what is commonly, though improperly, called brain fever. At the time of her death she was 7 years, 6 months and 14 days old. She was a bright little girl and her death leaves a void in the family circle which cannot be filled.
