From Story County Watchman July 10, 1896

DIED.--At the residence of her father, W. M. Hardy, in Grant township, Miss May Hardy, aged twenty-two years. Miss Hardy has long been ill with a lingering disease which has threatened her young life, and the end came at last. The funeral services were held Tuesday.
