Ames Watchman.

Recently we noted the serious ilness of Thos. Porch of this city. He died early Friday morning at the age of 77 years. The remains were interred in the cemetery on Saturday. He leaves numerous children and grand children to mourn his loss and look forward to a re-union in the great future beyond the skies. He was one of the grand men of the city and stood high in the esteem of all those with whom he had business relations.
