Colo Watchman.

Mr. M. Coady died at his home north of Colo, Saturday morning Dec. 14, after an illness of only three weeks. Mr. Coady came to this country in 1873 and has since resided on his farm near town. He was one of our best citizens, a deep thinker, a pleasant talker and a lover of good books. He was, as we knew him, an honest, kind-hearted, industrious old gentleman, with scores of friends. The funeral was held at the Catholic church here Monday, Rev. Hennessy, of Nevada, conducted the service after which the remains were laid to rest in the Nevada cemetery. Mrs. Coady and family have the sympathy of the entire community in this their hour of affliction.
