The Ames Watchman

Mr. C. M. Gammon, of Ames, passed to the better world Tuesday morning at four o'clock from a complication of disease. The funeral was held at the Congregational church on Thursday. Mr. Gammon was a traveling salesman for a grocery house, and is well known to Ames people as an exemplary gentleman. The sympathy of his many Ames friends is extended to the bereaved ones who are left so lonely.
