DIED.--At his residence, on Wednesday, Feb. 20, after a lingering illness of consumption, Royal O. Withey, aged 37 years, 11 months and 15 days. He was born in Franklin Grove, Ills., where he grew to manhood. He came to Nevada in 1883, where, by his own energy and close attention, he built up a properous business in which he continued until his health failed. In 1887 he was married to Abbie, daughter of S. E. Briggs, who is left with one child. During the last weeks of his life he passed through great suffering, but he departed with full faith in God's love and mercy. The funeral takes place to-day at 10 A. M.
