Ames Intelligencer: ....The death of Chas. F., third son of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Loughran occurred at their home in Des Moines, Wednesday morning, June 27. The cause of his death was diptheria with which he had been sick about a week. He was three years and five days old and was the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. E. Loughran and of Mr. C. J. Graves....
