From Story County Watchman June 29, 1894

On Friday morning the six month old daughter of Geo. Koonts died at their home north west of the city. Funeral services were held by Rev. McNamara and the remains were interred in the Catholic Cemetery just west of this city. The sympathy of all go out to the young people in this their hour of sorrow.
