Collins Clipper: ....Mrs. Effie Knepper was born in Nevada, Iowa, January 31, 1860, and died the 15th of April 1894, at 9 a. m., aged 34 years, 2 months and 16 days. She grew up to womanhood in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. Hunt, in Nevada, attending the efficient schools of her native town, receiving a good education. And in her removal from her native town, which occurred in 1877. She with her parents removed to Clyde, Iowa where she became acquainted with her future husband, Dr. N. W. Knepper, with whom she was united in holy marriage, July 4th, 1879....
