Maxwell.

Miss Lizzie Cole, daughter of W. M. Cole*, died on Saturday morning aged 21 years of consumption, after an sickness of several months. Funeral services were held on Sabbath in C. P. Church conducted by R. A. Ferguson. She was buried near her old home in Jasper County, with the Good Templars ritual service by Maxwell Lodge. She was a most excellent young lady and will be very much missed.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: I believe this should be Henry M. Cole, who in the 1880 & 1885 census lived in Clear Creek Twp., Jasper County, Iowa and in 1895 & 1900 lived in Maxwell, Iowa.
