Mr. Loughran and family were called to Des Moines the first of the week by the death of David Livingstone Loughran whose funeral took place on Monday of this week. He was a young man of promise and was cut off in the prime his youth to that land of which the future alone can say what it is. The sympathy of all goes to the entire family in this their hour of affliction.
