DIED--John Wilson was born in Lancashire, England, in the year 1818 and died at the home of his son in this city at 12:30 o'clock, Tuesday, February 14th, 1904, age 86 years, 2 months and 15 days. He was married to Elizabeth Tyson in 1851. They emigrated to America and settled in Illinois in 1867, living there five years they came to Story county in 1872 and settled on a farm just east of this city, and the deceased has continued to make his home in or near this city since that time. An only son John Wilson survives them.
