From Story County Watchman February 3, 1893

By a line from Zearing we learn that a brother of Mrs. John Rogers, James A. Humphrey, died at his home in Perrysville, Ohio, on the 24th of Janurary. Mr. Humphrey was well known in Zearing and his many friends extend to his sister their sympathy.
