The Ames Watchman

Last week the aged mother of Dr. Richmond died at his residence and the funeral services were held on Saturday Rev. Douglas conducting. She was a native of New York and was born in 1811, coming to Ames in 1883, since which time she has made her home with Dr. Richmond.
