James Fitzwalters died Saturday morning after quite a lengthy illness. The Good Templars have some resolutions elsewhere.

Nevada, Iowa, Jan. 30th, '88

WHEREAS, God in his infinite wisdom has seen fit to call home our brother, James Fitzmater; and,

WHEREAS, The above was a faithful, consistent member of New Hope Lodge No. 140 I. O. G. T., therefore,

RESOLVED, That, in the loss of our well beloved brother, we have lost a true Templar and an earnest worker; but that we humbly bow to the will of him who "doeth all things well.

2nd, That, in token of our loss the usual emblems of mourning be displayed in our Lodge room for thirty days.

3rd, That, a copy of these resolutions be submitted for publication to the papers of this city.
