Mrs. J. M. King, of Maxwell, died at her home, on Saturday, September 10th, of consumption, after a very lingering illness aged 32 years and 3 days. Her husband is of the firm of Dickey & King. She was the daughter of W. M. Starr Esq., of Maxwell. She was the mother of two children. The funeral was held on Sabbath, the services being conducted by Rev. R. A. Ferguson, assisted by Rev. B. B. Lane. A very large concourse of people attended the services at the church, and then followed th remains to the cemetery. The family have th sympathy of all.
