DIED.--Of lung fever, Jan. 4th, Malinda Elizabeth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Erickson, aged 10 months. The remains were interred in the Norwegian cemetery northeast of town on Thursday.

CARD OF THANKS--We wish to extend our most sincere thaks to those kind friends who so kindly assisted during the recent illness and death of our little child for their assistance and words of comfort. All of them, and especially Mrs. P. J. Grinnel, will be greatfully remembered by
