DIED.--At her residence in Nevada, Monday evening, Mrs. David Child, aged, seventyfive years and five months.

Mrs. Child was born in Lyman, N. H. and was married March 22, 1827 to David Child, with shom she lived until the date of her death and who survives her. In 1856 they moved to Nevada where they have made their home. Mrs. Child's health has been quite poor for several years and for the past few weeks the end has been looked for by her many friends. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Ferguson at their residence on Wednesday to a large concourse who had gathered to pay their last tribute of respect to her. Mrs. Child was well known and highly esteemed by all her friends and her loss will leave a place that wil be hard to fill and all extend their regrets to the bereaved husband and relatives in this hour of their afflictions.
