From Story County Watchman May 25, 1883

DIED.--On Sunday, 20th inst. at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. O. B. Ingalls, after a short illness. Mrs. P. E. Belknap, aged 62 years. Mrs. Belknap has been a resident of our place about two year, and leaves many warm friends. The remains were taken to Sycamore, Illinois, for interment by her Son, F. M. Robison, on Tuesday night train.
