DIED--On the 11th inst., after a lingering illness, Caroline, wife of Alex. McConnell, of Indian Creek township, aged 47 years and 10 months.

She leaves a husband and six children to monru her loss. She was greatly esteemed by her acquaintances as a true woman, a faithful wife and devoted mother.
