DIED.--On Thursday morning, the 14th inst, after a short illness, Mr. R. M. Harper, aged 58 years.

The funeral will be preached by Rev. E. R. Mills at the Presbyterian Church to day, 2 1/2 o'clock. Mr. Harper was of our oldest residents, having lived in Nevada for 17 years, and as such is widely known and highly esteemed by all. He has always been consistent and conscientious in all his dealing and no one stands higher in the estimation of his fellow citizens and as such will be regretted by all.
