DIED - At the residence of E. L. Taylor, Ames, Iowa, on Jan 26th, Mrs. L. D. Taylor, widow of George Taylor, aged 72 years, of old age. Mrs. Taylor was born in Ohio and moved from there to Illinois, and then to Wisconsin, thence back to Illinois where she was married to George Taylor, and then moved to Iowa, near Iowa Center. Since the death of her companion, in 1880, she has made her home with her son, E. L. Taylor. Her remains were interred in the Nevada Cemetery by the side of her husband, Jan. 28th, 1885.
