Thelma Dickey Worthen, former teacher and educator in the San Francisco Bay Area and Urbana, Ill., died July 5, 2010. A memorial service will be from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at Benicia Historical Museum, 2060 Camel Road, Benicia, CA.
