Timothy “Tim” Farley, 55, of rural Boone died Sept. 11, 2010, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. A funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, at Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone. Following the service, his body will be cremated and burial of his cremains will be in acred Heart Cemetery in Boone at a later date.

Friends may call at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall streets in Boone from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, and from 5 to 8 p.m. at Church of the Sacred Heart. Visitation will continue Wednesday at the funeral chapel from 8 to 10:30 a.m.
