THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Sunday, September 12, 2010.

Charlotte Dake, 93, of Lamont, died Thursday, Sept. 9, at Bethany Life Communities in Story City after a short illness. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, at Grace United Methodist Church in Lamont. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at Bethany Life Chapel in Story City. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, at Fawcett Funeral Home in Lamont and from 10 a.m. until services on Monday at Grace United Methodist Church in Lamont.

Charlotte is survived by four sons: Dennis, Maurice, Ronald and Robert, as well as nine grandsons, six granddaughters, 14 great-grandsons and five great-granddaughters.
