THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, August 25, 2010.

Timothy J. Healy, 62, died Thursday, July 29, 2010, in Winnetka, Ill. A private service was held Aug. 4 in Illinois.

Tim was born Feb. 29, 1948, in Ames, to John and Isabelle Healy. He graduated from Ames High School and Iowa State University, and earned an MBA from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.

He is survived by his six children, Chris Healy, of New York City, and Tim, Rachel, Jack, Sarah and Luke Healy, of Northfield, Ill..; one brother, Dennis (Brenna) Healy, of San Rafael, Calif.; and one sister, Mary (Steve) Herrnstadt, of Ames.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
