Two Residents of Zearing Are Dead
ZEARING - Two resident of this community died Tuesday, Charles Tight, 67, at Rochester, Minn., and Mrs. Viola Oakes, 85, at the home of her son, Sam Oakes, north of here. Mr. Tight, a retired farmer, was at the Mayo hospital for treatment at the time of his death. Mrs. Oakes died of a heart attack which she suffered Nov. 29.
Surviving Mr. Tight are his wife and two sons, Ray and Emory, both of Long Beach, Cal. His body will be brot here for funeral services and burial.
Mrs. Oakes is survived by three sons and two daughters. They are James Oakes of Winner, S. D., Sam Oakes of near Zearing, Amor Oakes of Helmuth, N. Y., Mrs. M. E. Dakins and Mrs. Vera Collins of Winner.

Miss Hazel Tight went to Zearing Friday to be present at the funeral services of her uncle, Charles Tight who died Tuesday at Rochester, Minn.
