THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, August 12, 2010.

Gene Roberts, 81, of Hubbard, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010, at Hubbard Care Center Inc., in Hubbard. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at Zion United Church of Christ in Hubbard. Burial will be at Hubbard Cemetery in Hubbard.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, also at the church.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Zion UCC Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 348, Hubbard, Iowa 50122 or the Hubbard Library Fund Campaign, P.O. Box 265, Hubbard, IA, 50122.

Boeke Funeral Home of Hubbard is assisting with arrangements.
