Nels N. Bauge, 73, Long Time Resident Here, Dies Wednes.

Nels N. Bauge, 73, a resident of Ames and Story county most of his life, died at his home at 821 Clark avenue at 4:15 a. m., Wednesday. He suffered a stroke about 13 months ago and had been in poor health since.

He was born in Illinois Dec. 29, 1863 and came to Story county when a youth.

Surviving him are a brother, O. N. Bauge, and a sister, Marie Bauge, who lived with Nels Bauge. Jennings Bauge, 820 Grand avenue, is a nephew.

Arrangements for funeral services were not completed Wednesday, but it was probably that services would be held Friday.
