HELLAND BOY RITES AT HUXLEY TUESDAY

HUXLEY - Funeral services for David Benjamin Helland, 6, who died Saturday following injuries sustained in a fall, will be held from the Helland home at 1:30 p. m., Tuesday and from the Fjelberg Lutheran church at 2 p. m. Burial will be in the Huxley cemetery.

The young Helland boy, who just started school this fall, sustained a fractured skull when he fell from a ladder in the corn crib while playing with some other children. He was taken to the Des Moines general hospital but he died a few hours later.

Surviving him are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Helland, one brother, Morris; a half-sister, Opal Ryerson, and a half-brother, R. V. Helland. Also surviving are his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nels Helland of Huxley.
