THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, June 23, 2010.

Nancy Leonore Doggett Tate was born Dec. 18, 1938, in Ames, and died June 12, 2010, in Council Bluffs.

She is survived by brother, Jim, and sister-in-law, Clela, of Ames; brother, David, of Sunnyvale, Calif.; one son, Jeffrey Tate; two daughters, Karen Logsdon and Christine Tate; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ruth Doggett; and one brother, Tom.
