THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, May 27, 2010.

Lorraine Hayslett, 84, of Burlington and formerly of Ames, died Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Bickford Cottage in Burlington. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 29, at Hass-Thielen Funeral Home in Burlington with Kali Hayslett officiating.

Lorraine was born June 24, 1925, in Aurora, Ill.

She is survived by one son, Larry A. (Dawn) Hayslett, of Burlington; two granddaughters, Maya (Dan Haug) Hayslett, of Madison, Wis., and Kali (Andy Lamont) Hayslett, of Des Moines; one great-grandson, Leif Haug; and several nieces and nephews.
